SKIIPS and Emtee Records Launch “Secret Is Out” Remix Challenge. Emtee Records artist SKIIPS has opened a public remix challenge for his song “Secret Is Out,” inviting rappers across generations and genders to submit their own take on the track.
“Show us how you would’ve approached the song if you were featured on it,” Emtee Records wrote in the social media post announcing the contest. “Recreate your own verse, tag us and @SKIIPSWahunna. The winner will take home 5 bands.”
The competition is part of SKIIPS’s rollout for his new project, Genesis, released recently on Emtee Records. The challenge asks entrants to record one original verse over the “Secret Is Out” instrumental, post the clip with the hashtag #secretisout, and tag both @SKIIPSWahunna and @emteerecords. The label confirmed that the top entry will be awarded a cash prize described in the announcement as five bands.
Entries are already appearing across major social platforms, and the competition is expected to run for several weeks. Winners and notable submissions will be highlighted on Emtee Records’ official channels.
