Amplifying Impact Through Matched Giving Partnerships
At Asante Africa Foundation, a core value of accelerating progress through partnership is being lived out with this current collaboration of 3 partners coming together who also recognize that meaningful progress is made possible by partners who understand the power of leverage, where targeted investments create far-reaching change. As we close the year, we are proud to highlight a special matched giving collaboration with Quest Foundation, Joy Reed, and Jay & Mary Davis, whose generosity is accelerating opportunity for children and youth across East Africa.
Through this partnership, every dollar donated to Asante Africa Foundation (Until Dec 31, 2025) is being matched 1:1, up to $100,000, doubling the impact of each contribution.
This collective commitment transforms individual acts of giving into scaled, tangible outcomes by expanding access to education, health, and the tools young people need to learn, lead, and thrive. As the campaign approaches its December 31 close, we are nearing the halfway mark toward the full match, making this a critical moment to maximize impact.
The Quest Foundation, a long time partner who believes in empowering youth facing significant barriers by advancing education, mentorship, and human services. Quest Foundation has partnered with us to expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and help young people build pathways to success.
For Jay and Mary Davis, the decision to partner with Asante Africa Foundation is grounded in the belief that small, well-directed gifts can produce profound social returns. They emphasize the transformative effect of educating girls and how literacy elevates a girl’s status within her family, strengthens her economic value, and reduces vulnerability to early marriage. Their reflection on a young girl using basic mathematics skills to protect her family from financial exploitation illustrates how education translates directly into agency, dignity, and long-term resilience. It is this multiplier effect that drives their continued support.
Joy Reed’s partnership is similarly rooted in firsthand experience. After visiting Tanzania and witnessing both the need and the optimism of the communities Asante Africa Foundation serves, she recognized education as a powerful pathway to change. Her support reflects a conviction that proximity to the work creates a responsibility to act and be part of the solution.
Collectively, these partners exemplify how aligned philanthropy can magnify outcomes. Their matched giving partnership ensures that investments in scholarships, health kits, technology, and essential learning resources translate into real opportunity. Students arrive prepared, stay healthy, access critical tools, and turn education into leadership that strengthens families and communities.
As we conclude the year, this collaboration stands as a testament to what is possible when generosity, vision, and strategic partnership come together to double impact and expand hope.
Jay and Mary Davis share why they support Asante Africa Foundation, and how impactful a donation can be for children in rural Africa.
