The KZN-native rapper recently shared a surprising fun fact about one of the standout tracks from his newly released EP, Days Before NOSANGE. According to Lowfeye, the fan favourite “Bags on Bags” was actually recorded two years ago.
Taking to X on January 27, 2026, the rapper wrote, “Fun fact: Bags on Bags was recorded 2 years ago, real timeless banger.” The comment quickly struck a chord with listeners who have kept the track on repeat since the EP landed on January 23.
That revelation shines a light on just how far ahead of the moment Lowfeye was when the song first came together. “Bags on Bags” is a gritty, confidence-soaked cut that features a sharp contribution from seasoned South African rapper Priddy Ugly.
