Munster have made eight changes to their starting XV to face the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
The Irish giants are looking to bounce back from a 45-0 defeat to the Sharks in Durban last week.
Ireland scrumhalf Craig Casey and flyhalf Jack Crowley start after joining the team in Cape Town on Sunday, while another recent arrival, Ireland prop Jeremy Loughman, is on the bench.
Casey captains Munster for the second time after leading them in the season opener against the Scarlets in September.
