Cardiff have made four changes for Saturday’s Vodacom URC quarter-final against the Stormers in Cape Town.
Three come in the pack, with props Rhys Barratt and Keiron Assiratti named in the front row, while Josh McNally returns from RAF duty to partner Rory Thornton in the second row.
In the backline, fit-again Wales wing Josh Adams returns to join Cam Winnett and Jacob Beetham in a dynamic back three.

Coach Corniel van Zyl has opted for a 6-2 split on the bench, with Evan Lloyd again providing back-row cover alongside Alun Lawrence. Ellis Bevan and Tom Bowen provide backline cover.
The winners of Saturday’s clash will face Leinster or the Lions in the semi-finals.
