Springbok prop Thomas du Toit ended the league stage on a high, scoring three tries from close range in Bath’s 24-22 win against the Leicester Tigers. Prop Franz van Wyk featured as a replacement for Johann van Graan’s side, while Hanro Liebenberg started at flank for the Tigers.
Former Stormers hooker Joseph Dweba and ex-Tuks prop Ethan Burger scrummed down in the Exeter Chiefs’ 32-12 win against Saracens, who utilised Sharks-bound scrumhalf Ivan van Zyl off the bench.
