The 2024/25 football season will go down as one of the best in the football career of Harry Kane after he finally won his first trophy ( Bundesliga) with Bayern Munich.
It was a double celebration for Harry Kane after he was named the best player at the end of the 2024/25 Bundesliga season. He was once again in fantastic form in front of goal, with his 26 league goals winning him his second successive Torjägerkanone.
The English international expressed his excitement after he received his award.
He said,
“To be named Player of the Season is a great achievement. There are some amazing players here in the league. And to do it in the same year we won the title as well just makes it that little bit more special. It means a lot. Big thanks to the club here, all my teammates, all the staff, because without them, of course, it wouldn’t be possible. I’m gonna enjoy it because I’ve worked extremely hard this season, so everything like this is just an added bonus.”
The 33-year-old has contributed eight assists, bringing his total Bundesliga goal contributions for the season to 34, a feat which was not matched by any other player. Only Liverpool’s Mo Salah (46) has had a direct hand in more goals across Europe’s top five leagues in 2024/25 than Kane with 34.
