Former Sharks wing Werner Kok will start for Ulster in Saturday’s Vodacom URC match at Kings Park.
The 32-year-old earned 49 caps for the Durban-based franchise across all competitions between 2020 and 2024 before making the move to Belfast.
The former Blitzbok will line up on the right wing against his former teammates as Ulster look to build on last week’s win over the Bulls.
TEAM: Sharks’ big guns take aim at Ulster
Coach Richie Murphy has made five changes to his starting XV for the round-four fixture.
Hooker Tom Stewart and tighthead prop Scott Wilson come into the front row alongside Sam Crean, while captain Iain Henderson partners Harry Sheridan in the second row.
The loose trio of David McCann, Nick Timoney and former Stormers No 8 Juarno Augustus remains unchanged.
PLUM: Sharks good to go with Boks
In the backline, Michael Lowry returns from injury to start at fullback, with Jacob Stockdale on the left wing and Kok on the right.
Nathan Doak, fresh from a standout performance against the Bulls, continues at scrumhalf with Jack Murphy at flyhalf. Stuart McCloskey and James Hume form the midfield pairing.
South African hooker Rob Herring is on the bench.
Kick-off at Kings Park is at 5pm.
