Emtee Issues Heartfelt Apology for Missing Kota Festival Performance. South African rapper Emtee has extended a sincere apology to fans who attended the Kota Festival in Midtown after he failed to take the stage as scheduled.
Speaking directly to his supporters, the artist known for hits like “Roll Up” addressed the disappointment caused by his absence. “Sanbonan, my name is Emtee. I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all an apology to the Kota Festival,” he began.
Emtee explained that transportation problems prevented him from reaching the venue on time. “I was supposed to perform at the Kota Festival in Midtown, but I could not make it because we had issues with the transport we are using. It broke down on us on our way,” he said.
The rapper expressed regret to those who purchased tickets specifically hoping to see him perform. “If you got tickets and came out expecting to see me, I apologise,” he added.
