All black is back for SA tour

The All Blacks will wear a special jersey for the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry tour of South Africa in August and September.

The jersey has been created to mark New Zealand’s first major tour of South Africa in 30 years.

The most noticeable feature is the return of the traditional black collar, last seen on the All Blacks’ 2023 World Cup jersey.

According to Adidas, the jersey has also been updated using player performance data. Ergonomic side panels have been incorporated to provide a tighter fit and make it more difficult for opponents to gain a grip in contact, while the sleeve construction has been strengthened to withstand the physical demands of Test rugby.
