Rugby League convert Joseph Suaalii will link up with centre partner Len Ikitau for the 17th time as the Wallabies look to inflict more pain on Argentina.
The Wallabies are chasing a fifth straight win against the Pumas after edging them 27-21 in San Salvador last week.
That victory extended Australia’s winning streak to four matches, with three of those coming under coach Les Kiss following a run of six consecutive defeats.

Kiss has continued to rotate his squad, with several experienced players returning for the second Test.
“After a physical Test last week, we’ve brought in some fresh bodies alongside some existing combinations as we continue to look to build Test experience across the group,” he said.
“We’re expecting a strong response from Argentina on Saturday and we know we will need to keep stepping up our game in all areas.”
Harry Wilson returns at No 8 and will captain the side, joining last week’s man of the match Fraser McReight and Rob Valetini in the back row.
Angus Bell and Taniela Tupou also return in the front row alongside Billy Pollard, while Jeremy Williams and Josh Canham retain their partnership at lock.

Ikitau missed Kiss’s first three Tests after undergoing ankle surgery, but returns alongside Suaalii for the first time since Australia’s 57-10 win over Italy in Perth last month.
Ben Donaldson takes over at flyhalf from Carter Gordon, who drops to the bench, with Ryan Lonergan continuing at scrumhalf.
Filipo Daugunu replaces Harry Potter on the left wing, while Max Jorgensen starts on the right. Tom Wright will earn his 50th cap at fullback.
