Bulls switch hookers for Kings Park clash

The Vodacom Bulls have made just one change to their matchday squad for the final-round derby against the Sharks in Durban on Saturday.

Jake White has largely stuck with the same side that claimed a bonus-point win against Benetton which secured a place in the Vodacom URC’s top four.

The only change to the team comes at hooker, where Johan Grobbelaar is rotated into the starting lineup, while Akker van der Merwe drops to the bench.

The rest of the matchday-23 remains the same, with Canan Moodie, fresh from a hat-trick against Benetton, joined again by Kurt-Lee Arendse and Willie le Roux in an all-Springbok back three.

Bulls – 15 Willie le Roux, 14 Canan Moodie, 13 David Kriel, 12 Harold Vorster, 11 Kurt-Lee Arendse, 10 Johan Goosen, 9 Embrose Papier, 8 Cameron Hanekom, 7 Elrigh Louw, 6 Marco van Staden, 5 Ruan Nortje (c), 4 Ruan Vermaak, 3 Wilco Louw, 2 Johan Grobbelaar, 1 Gerhard Steenekamp.
Subs: 16 Akker van der Merwe, 17 Simphiwe Matanzima, 18 Francois Klopper, 19 Reinhardt Ludwig, 20 Nizaam Carr, 21 Keagan Johannes, 22 Chris Smith, 23 Sebastian de Klerk.
