Bulls unchanged for URC final

Vodacom Bulls coach Johan Ackermann has backed the team that beat the Glasgow Warriors to get the job done in Friday night’s URC final at Croke Park.

The visitors are unchanged for the rematch against defending champions Leinster, with fullback Willie le Roux and tighthead prop Francois Klopper set to play their 50th URC matches.

WILLIE: It’s about the big moments

The Bulls have reached the URC decider for the fourth time in five seasons but are still chasing their first title.

“For me it’s important that we understand that it’s a privilege to be here,” said Ackermann. “It’s not your right, you’re not entitled to be here. To come to work every day and call this work – it’s a great privilege.

“We’ve got a shot, and if you ask me, do I believe we can win? Then I’m going to say yes.”

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS: Five battles that will decide URC final

BULLS – 15 Willie le Roux, 14 Kurt-Lee Arendse, 13 Canan Moodie, 12 Harold Vorster, 11 Stravino Jacobs, 10 Handré Pollard, 9 Embrose Papier, 8 Cameron Hanekom, 7 Elrigh Louw, 6 Marcell Coetzee (c), 5 Ruan Nortjé, 4 Ruan Vermaak, 3 Francois Klopper, 2 Johan Grobbelaar, 1 Gerhard Steenekamp.
