Winger Prince Nkabinde scored a hat-trick in the Cheetahs’ dominant win against Romania A in Bloemfontein on Wednesday.
The Free Staters triumphed 47-14 to maintain their winning start to the Toyota Challenge, despite making 14 changes to their starting lineup.
The Cheetahs made a flying start, racing into a 14-0 lead inside six minutes and leading 28-7 at half-time.

The visitors responded strongly after the break, putting the Cheetahs under pressure at scrum time and spending lengthy periods camped on the home side’s tryline.
But Nkabinde completed his hat-trick in the 54th minute to extend the lead and put the result beyond doubt.
Romania A managed just one second-half try through fullback Hinckley Vaovasa, while the Cheetahs finished strongly with two late tries.
