The Springboks are set to wear a special jersey during the four-Test Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry series against the All Blacks in August and September.
According to Rapport, SA Rugby and kit manufacturer Nike are keeping the design under wraps in a bid to prevent counterfeiters from copying the jersey before its official launch.

The commemorative design could feature the words “Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfrika” as well as the South African flag, although the final look has yet to be revealed.
The secrecy follows problems surrounding Nike’s return as the Springboks’ apparel partner in 2022, when counterfeit versions of the new jersey reportedly appeared before the official trademark had even been registered.
KEO: Nations Championship a step up from friendly Test matches
The Boks recently completed their annual team photo shoot ahead of next month’s Nations Championship, confirming they will wear the same jersey used last season for Tests against England, Scotland and Wales.
